Doctor's Appointment

Well, the doctor said the baby was about 6.5 lbs right now and could be around 8 lbs when born. She said I am almost 100% effaced and she could feel the head, but I was not dilated. I had contractions this morning at about 5:00am, I just breathed through them...good thing I paid attention in my birthing class! LOL!!!!! I went to my 6am class and felt a little better, then my 8:15am class I just sat on a ball and told them what to do. My 5:30pm was a little better and I jogged some and did some band work. We went outside and I had a circuit for them to do...I love teaching that class, it's so fun!

When strangers would see me before, they would just smile and wave because they saw I was pregnant...my belly is so ridiculous now that strangers laugh and just say, "Wow, I bet you are ready to have that baby!!!" Nice. :) I weigh 180 lbs...OMGOSH, I never thought I would see that number on the scalre. Nor did I ever think I would say it out loud. The funny thing is that most of the clothes I wear are not maternity...they just have elastic waist bands. I just have no idea how some women have 10 kids...this is very difficult...I love to be active and it's tough! But it will all be worth it!!!

I hope to serve those in need, especially when my children are at their most impressionable stage. This way they see that it is not all about them! When helping others who are less fortunate, they can see how blessed their lives are!
